  • What is the reservation process?
    To confirm your reservation, you will need to make a 50% deposit and sign the Jump CSRA rental contract. Your deposit holds the inflatable(s) for your reserved date, and the remaining balance is due before delivery. Deposits are transferable.
  • How are the inflatables delivered?
    All prices include delivery by the Jump CSRA team if your event is within 10 miles of zip code 29860 (North Augusta, SC). Events farther than 10 miles will require an additional $6.00 per mile which will be applied at checkout.
  • How many people does each inflatable accommodate at once?
    The number of people varies due to the different dimensions of each inflatable. However, a general rule of thumb for a standard size inflatable: Ages 3 to 8……….8 person max Ages 8 to 13……..6 person max Ages 14 to 16……4 person max Slides should not have more than two people waiting at the top while one person is on the slide and one person is climbing the stairs.
  • Can we wear shoes on the inflatables?
    No. Before entering any inflatable, please remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, belts, and any sharp/pointed objects, as well as any loose items from your pockets.
  • Are the inflatables inspected and clean?
    Yes. We take pride in having clean and sanitary inflatables for your friends and family to enjoy. Each inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. We also inspect each unit for wear and tear on high traffic areas and check all seams to ensure a safe and fun-filled event.
  • Who sets up the inflatable?
    The Jump CSRA team will arrive before your event and set up your inflatable -- you only have to show us where to go and get ready for the fun!
  • How long does it take to setup the inflatable?
    Setup is quick and easy. A Jump CSRA team member will setup your inflatable upon arrival and units will inflate in under 5 minutes.
  • When does the inflatable get delivered and picked up?
    We will deliver all of our inflatables by 12 p.m. and get picked up the next day. To guarantee your inflatable is set up at a time before 12 p.m., you can purchase additional hours for $20 an hour.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    FULL REFUND If you cancel your rental up to 14 days prior to your party date, you will receive a full refund. GIFT CARD If you cancel within 14 days of your party date, you will receive a gift card for any amount you have already paid. 50% GIFT CARD If you cancel with less than 5 days notice, you will receive 50% of your payment as a gift card and lost the remaining 50%. If Jump CSRA cancels the event due to bad weather, you will receive a FULL REFUND.
  • How far in advance should I make my reservation?
    To ensure you get the inflatable(s) you desire on the date you need, we suggest making your reservation as soon as possible.
  • What are my payment options?
    A credit cardis required for the 50% deposit to complete your reservation, and the balance must be paid by credit card or cash at prior to setup. Our checkout page is SSL licensed to guarantee your information is secure and safe.
  • When is payment due?
    A 50% deposit is due when you make your reservation. The balance must be paid prior to your event or receive cash on the event date before setup.
  • Is Jump CSRA insured?
    We are fully insured in South Carolina and Georgia.
  • How do I place an order?

  • Does the blower need to be on the entire time?
    Yes. For your safety, the blower must remain on at all times to ensure the inflatable has enough air to support jumpers. If the blower unit is turned off or the air release zippers are opened, the inflatable will begin to deflate immediately.
  • Can inflatable(s) only be setup on grass?
    No. Grass is the most desired surface, but they can also be setup on grass, dirt, or asphalt. Inflatables cannot be setup on any type of rock surface.
  • Are we responsible for damage to the inflatable?
    Yes. At the time of your reservation, you will sign a liability waiver. Any damage to the unit, beyond normal wear and tear, is your financial responsibility. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to your credit card upon discovery of the damage.
